Every scene starts with an idea, and yours deserve care. This Privacy Policy explains what Scenly AI Video Generator ("Scenly", "we", "us") handles when you use the Scenly AI Video Generator app, why we handle it, and the choices you have. We have kept it short and plain so you can get back to creating. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

The short version

Scenly has no user accounts and no sign-in. You do not give us your name, email address or password to use the app. We process the prompts and any material you submit so we can generate your videos, and we rely on two third-party services, Apple App Store and Adapty, to handle purchases and subscription status. That is the whole picture; the sections below fill in the details.

What we handle, and what we leave alone

What we handle: the text prompts, images or other content you choose to submit for a generation, and the videos produced from them; technical information needed to deliver results back to your device and keep the service running; and subscription and purchase status, so the app knows which features you have unlocked.

What we do not collect: we do not ask for or store account credentials, because there are no accounts. We do not receive your payment card details. We do not ask for your name, postal address or phone number to use the app.

Where your ideas are turned into video

Generations run on our own backend servers, operated by Scenly AI Video Generator. When you create a video, your prompt and any content you submit are sent to our backend, processed to produce the result, and the result is returned to your app. We use this content to provide the generation you asked for and to operate and protect the service.

The partners in the wings

Apple App Store: Apple distributes the app and processes all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles your payment information under its own privacy policy; we do not see your card details.

Adapty: when used, Adapty helps us track subscription status and related analytics, such as whether a subscription is active, purchase and renewal events, and how subscription offers perform. This lets the app unlock the right features for you and helps us understand how subscriptions are used. Adapty processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

Paying for more scenes

Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. Apple charges your Apple ID account, manages renewals and processes cancellations and refunds under its own terms. We receive confirmation of your purchase and subscription status, through Apple and Adapty, so the app can grant access to what you paid for.

How long we keep things

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the app, deliver your generations, maintain subscription access and meet legal obligations, and then delete it or make it non-identifiable. Data held by Apple and Adapty is retained under their own policies. Content stored locally on your device stays there until you delete it or remove the app.

Your rights and choices

You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Because Scenly has no accounts, we may need some information from you, such as details of a purchase, to locate the relevant data. You can also remove locally stored content at any time by deleting it in the app or uninstalling the app. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your Apple ID subscription settings. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honour them.

Updates and effective date
